
Sorry I haven’t posted in quite a long time. I’ve been really busy and dealin’ with some serious shit. I just taught my mom how to cook with weed tonight. We made rum cheesecake marble brownies. Original recipe, too. They’re pretty dank.
Rum Cheesecake Marble Brownies
What you’ll need:
Brownies
- 1 cup butter (two sticks)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
Cheesecake batter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, well softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- teaspoon rum extract
How to make it:
Make your weed butter. While it’s still melted add the cocoa powder. At this point, I added some melted chocolate chips, you can do that if you want to. Stir it and let it cool for a little bit. (Put it in the freezer for a few minutes). Then pour the batter into a mixing bowl and add the sugar, flower, eggs, vanilla. Mix well, fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth it out.
For the cheesecake batter just throw everything into the mixer and use the paddle attachment to mix everything together. Pour it on top of the brownie batter and swirl it around. Make that shit pretty. Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 F. Pull them out when the center still looks a little gooey, they’ll continue baking in the pan. You don’t want them over baked.
Everything can be mixed by hand, I just use a mixer because I’m lazy.
